I've put this one out there once before. Hope someone has had this symptom.

My "brake" and "Park brake" idiot lights are always on. They get a bit brighter as the rpm's increase. My brake fluid is topped up. My brakes are fine, although the abs doesn't work(bulb maybe, i hope). The alternator is putting out 13-15 volts consistently. I have had to replace the battery recently though. Might be related, might not. Oh yes, and the parking brake light doesn't come on when the parking brake is actually engaged. Go figure.

Please, some ideas? I'm stumped. Is it possible for the alternater to put out sufficient voltage but still be shot?
