There are a different number of splines. It might bolt into the subframe, but you try puting in the flanges, they don't fit. I tried on a Euro M635csi when I tried to put in an E30 3.91LSD. Does not work.

COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DIFF CHECK THE PART NUMBERS AND THE PARTS THEMSELVES!
