I adjusted the AFM CO using the external adjusting screw. When it was richer my mileage would decrease from 23 to around 17. Leaning it out would return back to normal. Some replies state that O2 sensor is the primary control after idle, but my fuel mileage has been affected completely by adjusting the AFM CO.
