Even if you pysicaly survie going from 180 to zero in a second or less with any broken bones or skelital dammage, it can still kill you, fluids remain in motion and the blood in you brain literaly slams into the front of you skull, rupturing all tissue and blood vessels, same with your heart, your aortea rupturs etc.
there is a big difference in sliding down a wall at 185 and hitting basical straight on, as I said you stop but all fluids remain in motion
