Engine Missing (archive)

I could used your kind help. Inserted a factory BMW rebuilt engine in my 1983 633csi. Idle is low and I am working at it. However, the engine seems to miss at low rpms. Especially when I lightly step on the gas. I can't figure it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
