My best advice would be to have a set cut from a donor car, and butt weld them on yours with a TIG welder because the weld bead is soooo small, it will not show.

A few years ago I had dozens of sets of front and rear floorpan panels made. Everyone liked them and they sold well, but my preference would be for original metal from an other wrecked car.
