Is this a good price for 88 635csi? (archive)

I have a line on an 88 white/tan leather 635. It has
106,000mi, great interior,exterior great, needs one
trim peice. It need shocks bad, so I figured on doing the Dinan suspension.Has cracked windshield, but it seems
like its in very decent shape. I can pick this up for
5,000.00, I have never owned a 6er before.Any thoughts on
this price??
Its an automatic. also the a/c is not working.
