86 635 car vibrates at about 1800-2500 rpm in 1st and 2nd i do notnotice it in 3rd has new diff mount tires balanced . what about flex coupler on drive line how should i check? any info welcomed.

I agree with WH on the Guibo, had mine repaced (140M miles) same symptoms. Word of warning thought, the shop that replaced the Guibo for me put it in backwards,(evidently they could not read German) and it just made the shimmy worse. Once installed correctly, smooth as ever..
