Manual Tranny and it is noticably smoother and in the last 3 years has performed without a glitch even though I am very skeptical of any of these "additives". If you are using Redline or another special or synthetic oil, you will have no need for that or any other similar product.

Stick to just the redline ATF in your tranny alone. If you had standard oil in there, the Prolong may do some good as it showed an improvement in smoothness in my friends car.
