Sounds like blocked sunroof drains. BCG archive has a description of how to clear them.

Despite how it sounds it is raining in my car, when ever I would wash my car there would be some drops of water on the passenger side back seat, I thought the window seal is bad, but today when I washed my car both back seats filled up with water this does not seem to be the window seal it seems this happens when i poor water on the sun roof, I know this cant be good, does anyone know what to do about this and is my roof going to start to rust?

thanks in advance
Dave
