I have researched and tested for the possibility of its use. It will not work on L-Jetronic. It will not work with early Motronic. You can do a voltage test of the AFM. One of the contacts in the plug will make the needle move if you flip open and close the AFM air door. It must not read greater than 5 volts. On my early (83) Motronic, it read up to 7 volts. Split Second is what BMP sells with their name on it or with the Split Second name on it.
It is great for later model 635s and for all M6s. Call Mark at Split Second if you have Q's.
