85'Euro M6 questons. (archive)

I am trying to figure this car out! I don't have an owners manual just a supplement. Where can I find one? There is some dial below the steering column to the left. It has 0-1-2-3 on it and what appears to be some kind of headlight icon? I checked and it doesn't seem to affect the headlights. What is this? Also the instrument backlight isn't working. Is there a quick fix or could the bulb actually be burned out. If so, is it really hard to change? Also the fog light lever seems to have 2 positions, what is that all about? Please help me, I'm a beginer in the series world!
