Wheel noise new bearings!??? (archive)

I've got a wooo wooo wooo noise coming from the front end. The thing is I've just replaced both front bearings which only seemed to make things worse. I've got sone slop in the stearing column also (ratteles at low speed). but replace most if not all if the linkage in the front end within the year.
