I have the second spring, but I just haven't figured out how it's installed.

With a slight gust of wind the trunk lid comes down crashing. I don't know if there are one or two spring bar assemblies that put tension on the lid to stay open. I'am missing them. I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks Jim

There are 2 torsion springs.
