These tires use a directional tread pattern so they cannot simply be rotated in the usual sense. I am running M5 "throwing star" wheels on my car, which are also directional and have to point/rotate in a particular direction to maximize brake cooling. I dismounted, remounted, and rebalanced the tires on opposite sides of the car to even out the camber wear I was experiencing on the inside shoulders.
