Need help re-installing ventilation control panel (archive)

I took the entire ventilation panel out of the dashboard a couple of months ago without much problem, now I need to put it back in. Are there any tips or tricks to re-connect the 3 (red, green and blue) ventilation cables to the back of the panel?
