Help! My passenger window doesn't go up or down any more. I can hear the motor turning when I hit the window down switch, but no movement. My girlfriend will not ride in the 6er without the window working. (She makes me drive the Acura when she's with!) Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

The motor has a gear that operates the gear on the window scissors....I had this happen to one I had in Germany...ended up having to replace the motor...you can pull the door panel and see if the gears are stripped at the motor...good luck!
