Plan to replace the motor. I just went through the same thing on the driver's side. The motor worked, just didn't have enough torque left to get that heavy window going. Even after wasting a lot of time lubing the rails and adjusting the regulator, a new motor fixed it right up. Of course, clean things up while you're in there.
