URGENT - I'm stranded and I need help (archive)

Thank you for helping if you can,
I pulled my 633 out of a parking spot, it's an 84 manual transmission, and now the car will not come out of reverse. When the shifter is in the neutral spot, the car is still in reverse. 1st and 2nd spots lock the transmission entirely, and it won't engage any other positions. The car will not coast in any other positin besides neutral, with the clutch in or out. All that works is reverse. What can I do? I'm not about to drive in reverse home, it's too far. But I need to get home, I'm stranded and I need help.
