My new 635Csi (archive)

Just drove in Friday night from my trip to pick up my "new" (to me) 1985 635Csi, with sport interior and 130,000 miles on the clock. I found and bought it over the Web, from a great person in LA.
Flew from Seattle on Wednesday, he met me at the airport and we did the deal, within an hour I was on the road, as "happy as a clam at high tide".... She was smooth as silk the whole way home... I will try to post a picture taken of her near Mount Shasta, CA... hope it will work.

Have owned several other Bimmers in the past, 735iL, 325e.. but this is my first E24... and I am just thrilled with the car, also thanks to this board. You have all been a great help in getting me ready for the purchase.
