once the car has a title on it now. All you should need to do is provide insurance,and go through
emissions, for the catalytic converter there are
aftermarket ones out there for the //M6/635 which
are 50 state approved by the EPA.

to add an O2 sensor to your car is simple get a
K&N air/fuel meter from BMP for vehicles without O2's and that should do your trick.
