I use 225x55x15 they are nearer the original rolling radius and the slightly lower profile looks better - at least to me, but yes I would say you got a deal.

I just ran into the metric rim issue. After working my way through all the options and in a moment of sheer desperation I called America's tires here in the south bay. I explained my problem to the manager and he told me he just pulled a set of 15inch rims off a newer BMW. If I got there soon he would make me a deal. I was out of the parking lot before he hung up the phone. To make a long story short I got 4 15" rims from an unknown year BMW (standard type with one piece twist on/off cover over the entire bolt pattern). They fit perfectly and he mounted a set of General V rated 22060R15s to them. I was out the door for under $500. Did I get the deal I think I did? Does anyone know what year these rims are.
