My experience, both personally and by reading posts, is that chipping makes a definite HP increase; you will feel it!

Relieving the backpressure will also increase HP. (A Fahey track pipe is a desirable method.) The two in combination (chip/pipe) will have a dramatic increase in performance. These are the two best, easiest bang for buck mods that I know of.

Again, what would "dyno tuning" entail?
