Basically, it's as follows:
1. Remove the Pods/Speaker Covers/whatever you want to call them. Use a very short screwdriver and be sure to disconnect the speaker wires.
2. Clean up the deterorating foam around the edges.
3. I used a hair dryer to heat the material slightly, and pull it a little back to position.
4. Buy the strongest epoxy glue you can find. Checkers auto parts had 4 or 5 grades.....buy the strongest, not the quickest.
5. Have a bunch of clamps, and thin boards to protect the cover. I used some C clamps (with boards) and some strong carpender spring clamps. Have heard of people using heavy paper binder clips: seem light; I used some to take up slack in the corners.
6. Goop the clue all over the metal to cover areas. Be careful not to get it on the outside of the material. I did have a cover at a time.
7. Let dry. Mine I let dry for about 8 hours each time. More than needed, but better safe than sorry. (NOTE: REALLY potent fumes! Put in the garage or ???)
8. Remove the clamps. Excess epoxy around the edges can be trimmed.
9. Remount the covers, and ENJOY! Mine look almost new!
