Try the following for rebuilt boxes:

www.bmpd.com BMP Design - Expensive $600
Your local BMW shop - Expensive $600 - $750
Junkyard + rebuild - Less Expensive $400-ish

I just went through this myself. I ended up finding one in a junkyard and am getting ready to send it off to have it R&R for $ 275.
