I mean we all hate to see lawsuits flying around all the time, especially for stupid things. But just rolling over and letting someone like this "dupe" you and doing nothing about it only letting him/her do it to the next person. Sometime you do have to pay for the principal of things.

Besides, in many cases all it takes is a letter from an attorney to set things straight. Maybe that would work?
