First, if you are dissatisfied with the deal, you were smart to hire a lawyer when the dealer refused to make it right. You can help your lawyer by giving him any documents from the dealer that show him representing the car as an M6. You can also help by getting receipts listing the worn out suspension and questionable mileage from the mechanic that examined the car after you bought it. If you can prove that the dealer rolled the mileage back, or knew it was inaccurate and withheld that information, he may be criminally liable as well as civilly liable for damages owed to you.
Another thought is that the 635 euro is a really cool car. In fact, I think it is cooler than the US M6 because it has the small, light euro bumpers. If the car just needs some maintenance but has no serious problems, you may want to consider suing the dealer for the difference in value between the 635 and an M6. You can then use the money to fix any problems the car has.
Good Luck,
Colin
