If the dealer is incorporated to shiled assets from judgment, or has set up "sham" corporations which hold title to the cars, buildings, etc., it may be possible to "pierce the corporate veil" and attach his personal assets as well as those of the sham corporations. Depends on the facts of the case and who actually owns the assets.
