That is where we often sit when we buy from private parties and small independant dealers. The purchaser must always make every effort to seek satisfaction, B4 the sale is closed.

PS, I don't dislike attorney,,, many are friends of mine, but it's a sticky system and very costly, just like the maintenance on our BMW's. Why suffer both.
