It all depends what kind of car you are putting the motor in. 230hp seems a little low for a "Stage II" motor." 275hp for a turbo motor running 20lbs boost is also rather weak, unless both motors are 4 cylinders.

An 87-89 US 3.5 puts out 211 hp, with a chip I'm sure it would meet or exceed the 230hp of the Stage II. You could always change the cam to a larger Euro cam w/ more lift and duration, put larger injectors, a HFM and custom burn a chip to your air/fuel requirements. This setup can gie you 300hp+, depending on what you want to do. It's not cheap, but also it won't have the added wear and tear on your engine like a turbo.

What is your opinion, stage II is 230 h.p.turbo motor with 7:1 pistons can make 20 lbs boost and 275 h.p.
