Brakes Seizing...Need Help Troubleshooting (archive)

I purchased an M535 a few months ago that was in storage for a few years. The brakes started seizing up, so I took all calipers off, cleaned them (full of rust gunk) and put on SS lines. The problem is starting to come back. When pushing in the clutch and coasting to a stoplight the brakes will stay on. Can this be clutch related? I'm thinking the calipers may be corroded to the point of needing replacement. Does anyone have any other ideas?
