I have an RX7 that did the same thing - it was the seam between the filler tube and the tank itself. (New tank time.) Are you certain that the lines are leaking instead of the tank or tank/filler tube seam itself?

: If I fill my tank (without topping off), especially
: on a warm day, I can later find about a cup of fuel
: on the ground below the filler. It comes from the
: short lines that go into the plastic expansion tank
: in the trunk. Has anyone replaced these? I tried
: pulling one off and could not get it, so it seems like
: there's a risk of doing more harm than good in trying to fix this.
