Took me 2 days as I removed the complete rear subframe and did my center bearing and tranny mounts.

I couldn't bring myself to heat the bushing in the car, as it's right below the fuel line and pump.

Best of luck, I pushed them out with heat and a pulley puller, I pressed them in with 2 2.5" pipe caps and a threaded rod (I think 2.5"). Lubricated them with wesson oil (avoid using petroleum product due to degradation).

Have fun (and remind yourself that you won't have to do it again soon!).
