: I presume you are talking about the stock wheels, since you didn't specify otherwise.
: You could have them powdercoated, but it probably is not worth the expense. You can get the BMW wheel spray paint at a dealer. You should get the silver paint, and the clearcoat. Just clean them up as well as you can, use some kind of a degreaser, and respray them (after they are off the car, of course!)
: The wheel paint is made by Wurth, and is great stuff. You can get it from most mail order places. The paint you get at the dealer is the same Wurth stuff, but is just re-labeled as "BMW" paint.
