: I need to replace the trunk gasket on my 535. What is the best way to remove it cleanly? Also, I was going to use 3M adhesive. Anything better out there?

: Thanks for the help.

: I replaced my trunk gasket several years ago, I think that I just pulled it off, and then used a 3M solvent and maybe a plastic scraper to remove the residue, it wasn't too hard to get it off and the 3M solvent worked very well.

I used a black 3M weatherstrip adhesive to put the new one back on, and it has now held up about 3 years.
