Here's a new theory about why some cars have a hard clutch
(and eventually suffer torn brackets, etc.)
TSB 210194 says that replacement throw out bearings after
'93 slide on a plastic sleave, and if this is greased
it gets gunked up and sticks. Not much to do about it
except not use grease next time!
