$2.00??? If you are going to email the picture, then more than likely you have a digital camera and the photo has been downloaded into your computer already. All you have to do is go into the program for your digital camera, select the picture you want, go to "File", and select "Set as Wallpaper". I do it all the time. When I get tired of a wallpaper, I find a cool car on the message board and change it.
