In order for you to make the lights blue you wouldn't have to change the bulbs- you would have to change the orange/red clear plastic pieces that make the light red. For instance, on your heater controls, pull off one of the sliders(there are only three and they go side to side) and you'll see the red plastic piece inside. I think this is safe to do 'cause I've done it to my car several times. You could probably get blue bulbs and put them where all the interior bulbs are, but then you'd probably have purple light blue bulbs + red lenses = purple light. I would just forget the whole thing.
