Look at the diff directly above the electric connection for speed. There will be a small metal tag connected to the top bolt on the diff cover. You'll probably have to clean it to see numbers like the following S 3,25; S 3,46; S 3,73.
S indicates limited slip. The numbers indicate the ratio.
