Wellll...
I posted before about my timing belt problems.
In brief...
Friday began work on timing belt....dtook everything off without a hitch...all pulleys were in the right alignment.

When I put everything back on I was at teh step of turning the Crankshaft the 720 degrees 2 turns. 1/4 way through the first turn the crankshaft stopped dead. A guy in the area who wokred on cars stopped by and said he would see if he could fix it.....Went in the car and hit hte ignition (shouldnt have let him touch my car) and the timing belt of course spinned quite fast. Then I tried turning it again by hand...1/4 way through it stopped again. IT was getting late and i had to go ot worked so i packed up and tackled it Sat morning... Aligned the Crankshaft then took the belt off and alined the camshaft which seemed to be off a bit. And WALAAAAAAA it turned the two turns.

Got everything back on including new belts (AC belt was a PITA)

The car runs
But there is the problems now... :-(
The car runs but there is a jumping on the RPM from 5-7 on idle and the body goes up and down with it...
So i changed the spark plugs.
Still did not go away.

Is it possible that one of the valves is damaged leading to this. The car runs Great whiel driving... But as soon as my foot is resting on the brake (ie. traffic light or traffic) its shudders and idle is erratic (5-7 or 1).

Possible reasons i came up with
1. Wires or rotor cap are bad
2. I disconnected something while doing the timing belt and did not reconnect it?
3. Fuel filter

Any suggestions?
The power in the car seems the same if not smoother (new oil and filter) I hit 100+ to see if anything bad would happen (just for a second so please dont send me messages about not driving fast) she ran perfectly at that speed. Just erratic at idle and when easing off the brake and not accelerating.

AND I just wanted to thank everyone for all the emails and advice I was sent :-)

THANK YOU.
