Don't have an owner's manual on the used 1985 535i. A/C fan works fine but when you take the push button off a/c, can't get the heater fan to work. Is there a trick?

I had the same problem with my father's 86 535i. If the motor is OK, then you might want to check the blue A/C switch itself. It's not listed in the Bentley manual as a possible solution to the problem.
