I've made the mistake of resetting the trip meter while moving and ruined my odometer. From the archives I know this is a common problem and I was hoping some good soul on the board has found a source for the replacement gears. I just can't stand the idea of giving some shop $ 125 to do something I know I can do in about an hour (or less) with $ 1.25 in parts. Thanks

for just over $80 for the set of three small plastic gears.
I would just buy a whole cluster for $50 and be done with it. Someone has a monopoly on these and the cost to produce them has nothing to do with it!
If $80 sounds reasonable, I'll see if somewhere I kept the address and phone #. Let me know.
