parting out or sell 88 528e (archive)

I have a 88 528e with 265k on it and have replaced it already with a 90 325i 70k. Question is should i sell the car or part it out. It has e34 rims and everything is in good mechanical, just not sure if i would get much for it selling it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
