Can anyone tell me how I can test my speedo with
an ohm meter? It along with the odometer haven't

The OBC uses some of the same signals that goe to the speedo.

If the OBC calculates average speed and MPG reasonably, then it could be your speedo.

If it doesn't, it's either the speed sensor, a connection, or the amplifier.
