I remember someone was selling fron suspension bushings from 750i that are cut to fit E28, in order to get a more long lasting solution to the front-end shimmey problem. Any pointer to who and where that was? Thanks,

You might consider using solid polyurethane bushings from BMP or RTRS rather than 750il bushings.

I have used poly from both sources with good results.
