Headrest removal (archive)

I know there is info in the archives for fixing non-working headrests, but is there a way to remove them without pulling the seat apart? Mine are jammed in and I can't remove my sheepskin seatcovers for cleaning without pulling them off. I'm hoping there's an easier removal method...
