I checked the coil and voltage to coil, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor i even checked injectors it's all very good but , there is electricity going to my spark plugs
Do these car have voltage regulator?
Could it be my DME (computer)?

the Motronic breaks the ground connection on its components, so you will always see 12 at the coil and the injectors. It is the ground side that is switched.
With a test light check for pulsing at the ground side of the coil (not terminal 15) and the injectors.
If you have pulsing while cranking (that means you have spark and fuel actually being discharged if the pressure is OK) and a cold engine won't start, suspect a bad Thermo Time Switch (mounted on the thermostat housing) or a bad start injector.
Try starting the car while spraying some carb spray into the AFM (filter pipe disconnected). If the car starts (on the carb spray) and then runs
OK, you've found the problem.
If it starts, then dies, then you have spark, but the injectors are not discharging fuel.
