I just bought an 86 528e but there was no owners manual. I have a couple of questions maybe you fine people could help me with.
1. How do you set the clock and date etc on the display? I don't have the code if that is needed.
Mine does not work.... I don't know

2. What is the switch located between the drivers side power window switches?
Locks the back windows... so the kids don't play with them.

3. Is the sunroof only supposed to go up in vent position or is it supposed to go back like a traditional sunroof?
Yes it should fully open if you push the aft button and hold it down.

Also, the button above your shin of your right leg is the window breaker switch... don't know why they have a switch that disables all the windows, but they do!
