Mine did that and it was the core. I took it apart and it was too difficult for me to get out. So, I put some "stop leak" in the radiator. People might yell at me for doing it, but it worked.

Please help, 85' 525e with coolant inside the car spewing from driver's side heat vent. Thanks in advance
