Rascing gas has tetraethyl lead and it will ruin your CAT.

You could buy 100LL aviation gas (100+ Octane/Low Lead)for about $2.25/gallon, but it, too has lead (but very little).

waste of money for the most part. The 108+ Octane booster sold at Grand Auto and Kragen (ACK!!!) are junk... they make it sound like it will bump your octane to 108... maybe if you ran nothing but octane booster! Seriously if you want high Octane gas go to a race track.. I have Sears Point Raceway near me and I have put in 102 or so in my motorcyle and it made a huge difference... need to fill the car, but at $5 gallon it aint cheap.

Do the Octane boosters really do any thing? Are they harmful to your car? Are they just a waste of money?
